Today we went to the museum to see Santa. It was tons of fun and we got some great photos. We stayed just long enough to see our friend's daughter's dance recital. Nothing greater than seeing a bunch of cute girls dancing to their own beat. None of them were on time with each other and it was pretty darn adorable.

Photos with Santa
We have started celebrating the season. Last night, Luke and I had the neighbors watch the kids and went to the Childrens Resource Center Holiday Party. It was drink and food with an auction to follow. It was really fun and we got to hang out with our friends Jessica and Jeff. We bailed out on the party when the auction was about to start ($$$) and went to have another drink and play some pool. It's been awhile since we've been out on the town. We had a great time.

Mismatched little girl
Some of you may have received this photo as an email labeled "Why daddy shouldn't be allowed to dress his daughter". The response was hysterical and Luke still is not sure why her outfit doesn't match. Oh well. I think my favorite response was Courtney's. This is from her email.
And could her face be any more perfect for the picture???"Uh....Dad? I have a closet FULL of super cute stuff and THIS is what you put together???" LOVE IT!!

Away she rolls!
Jolene rolled over today! She was playing on her tummy and rolled over to her back.(The picture is right before she rolled). It's a start. She'll be moving in time! I can't believe how quickly time is moving. Today we gave a testimonial for the hospital on our experience. We had to try and remember things that seemed so long ago, but were only 4 months ago. Luke was considerably better at this task than I, for I am not sure my mind has quite returned from "foggy mommy land". I do, however, remember my experience being a great one. They took a family photo for their ad going in the paper and we are going to do a radio ad in a few weeks.
It has been snowing like crazy all day long. We skipped Emmett's swim lessons today because I did not want to take Jolene and her ear infection outdoors. So we stayed in and had a pj party and called it a snow day. It was great fun. We had lunch and watched a movie. Wait. That sounds like a lot of days. Anyway, we had fun and can't wait til Luke gets home to join in the fun.
